On Valentine’s Day this year I had dinner at a local Mexican restaurant. With our meal we were served a large carafe of sangria. Then this past weekend, I decided to have a glass at the HRC in Biloxi, MS. It was the best glass of sangria I’ve ever had. And now sangria is on The Culinary Bucket List.
