On The Horizon

As I was browsing for recipes to try for Sunday Night Supper this week, I came across a spaghetti carbonara recipe by one of my favorite chefs, Tyler Florence. From the looks of the list of ingredients, I already have everything to make the dish… with some slight variations. Can I make whole wheat spaghetti and egg substitute work? I do have reduced sodium bacon (but it’s real bacon, which was used in the Coq Au Vin last Sunday night).

I think I’ll cross another bucket list item off the list this week!
