I can say that the inception of my love of photography began at the age of 8 on a family vacation to the Western United States. I have pictures of myself carrying a small pink camera (which I still have today). I took lots of pictures in Tombstone, AZ and the Grand Canyon. 8 years later, I made 4 rolls of film last 28 days in Spain. Those pictures jumpstarted a passion that lay dormant for 8 years. Then hockey came along. And with it my love for photography advanced to the forefront. I still credit hockey with helping me get serious about my craft. I’m most proud of my hockey photos, more than my travel photos or my people photos. It also helps that I love the sport so much. Photo taken 11/26/2010.
